Add eggs, and you have rice pudding.

Rice Pudding

I haven’t eaten rice with milk and sugar in a while, but I need too! With a shake of cinnamon! I liked it best with canned milk. It was the only way that I would eat rice.  Was sweeter. Yummy! 

Rice pudding -  Cooked rice, melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and canned milk. Stir well and pour into a glass greased pan. Cook in 400 degrees preheated oven till a broom straw comes out clean.
